I’m a visual interface and experience designer based in Atlanta, GA.
I’m a self-taught experience and visual interface designer skilled at understanding and designing solutions to user pain points.
In my previous experience in technical support, I identified root causes of issues and provided rapid solutions to stakeholders at software companies, Uber and UserTesting. As a support specialist I resolved over 10,000 customer inquiries including supplying earners with protective equipment during the pandemic. I also had the opportunity to work cross functionally with the UberEats and UberFreight teams. At UserTesting I gained experience supporting customers with multiple aspects of user research, specifically finding the right audience and building test plans for qualitative research.
In my next role, I’m excited to provide my design and technical skills to a full time design role that will present me the opportunity to grow and specialize in visual and interface design.
Through various design projects I’ve gained skills in: Illustration & iconography, Color and Style guides. Combined with tools like Figma and problem solving skills I've developed in support roles I’m able to produce designs that offer solutions.
